There are advantages and disadvantages to co-sleeping with your child. Take the time to work out if it’s right for you and your child. Children can find it hard to sleep without the closeness of a parent and may cry when they’re in a cot. Co-sleeping can make it easier for you to respond to your child , settle her more quickly and hopefully get some better quality sleep at the same time.
In this 45-min workshop you will learn more about the pros and cons of co-sleeping with your child. and how to handle these situations.
